Hibdigital ServiceNow Training Instructor

We are hiring ServiceNow Training Instructors to join Hibdigital’s growing global delivery team. This role is ideal for professionals who want to build a long-term career in technical training while contributing to high-impact programmes that develop work-ready ServiceNow talent worldwide.

India is a strategic growth hub for Hibdigital, and this hiring initiative is focused on strengthening our instructor capacity in the region. At the same time, all instructors operate within a fully global delivery model, supporting learners across India, EMEA, Africa, APAC and other regions where required so applicants from other countries are welcome to apply also.

Your Background

This role is designed for candidates who bring either:

– Practical experience with the ServiceNow platform, or

– A strong technical foundation with a genuine interest in teaching and mentoring.

We welcome applicants from a range of backgrounds, including ServiceNow administrators, developers, consultants, and technical trainers who are looking to transition into or grow within an instructor role.

Your Technical Capability              

As a ServiceNow Training Instructor, you are expected to demonstrate solid platform awareness and confidence in core IT concepts. This includes understanding areas such as platform configuration, data structures, workflows, scripting fundamentals, and IT service processes.

Hibdigital invest in and encourage a strong willingness for our teams to continuously build their technical depth through certifications, course authorisations, and ongoing platform learning.

– Practical exposure to the ServiceNow platform or a solid technical background that can be rapidly translated into platform mastery.

– The ability to explain technical concepts clearly, confidently, and patiently to different audiences.

– Comfort working in virtual classroom environments and using collaboration tools effectively.

– A professional, learner-first mindset with a genuine desire to help others succeed.

– Strong organisation and preparation habits, with attention to quality and consistency.

– Flexibility to support training across different time zones and global cohorts.

– A growth mindset and willingness to continuously develop through mentoring, certifications, and structured learning pathways.

Preferred Certifications

We recognise that not all strong candidates will hold multiple certifications today. These are preferred, not mandatory, and Hibdigital actively supports instructors in achieving them as part of their growth journey:

– ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – highly preferred

– ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) – strongly desirable

– ServiceNow Micro-Certifications (any area of platform specialisation)

– ITIL Foundation or similar ITSM certifications

– Cloud, DevOps, or general IT certifications that support platform and systems understanding

Candidates with one or more of the above certifications will be prioritised. However, high-potential applicants with strong technical foundations and a clear motivation to grow into a ServiceNow Instructor role are strongly encouraged to apply.
